Registration Guidelines

Welcome to the registration from the 28th Biennial Meeting of the International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD 2026). During the registration process you will have a number of selections to make. Please review all the options available to you to ensure you can make the most of your experience at ISSBD 2026.

We encourage you to take advantage of the benefits of membership. Members of the Society are offered a significant discount on conference registration in addition to the eligibility for a variety of Society resources and initiatives. The Member Rates apply to full ISSBD members. You must be an ISSBD Member for 2025 to register as a Member.
The Reduced Rate (Low Income) applies to Low GDP countries (consult the list of qualifying countries by the World Bank below).

Registration Fee Schedules

Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and for the participation in all programs of the ISSBD 2026.
All registrations must be completed on the official website. Participants are strongly encouraged to register before March 25th, 2026 to take advantage of the discounted registration fees.

One-Day Registration

If you are unable to attend the full conference, you may register for a single day of your choice.
Access is granted only for the selected date.
Registration Fee: USD 250

Reduced Registration Rate

If you LIVE in one of the following countries you are eligible for the Reduced Registration Rate (Low-Income).
The countries are categorized based on the World Bank data.
Reduced Rate is based on INCOME, not origin or nationality.

Method of Payment

Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payment in US dollars will be accepted by the following methods.

• Credit Card:

Participants can pay the registration fees with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX are accepted.

• Wire Transfer:

Payment of standard fees via wire transfer will not be accepted after May 20, 2026.
All bank charges must be paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
A copy of the remittance receipt should be emailed to the Secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your registration, please send a written request to the Secretariat via email at registration@issbd2026.org.
Refunds will be processed according to the schedule below, after the completion of ISSBD 2026.

Letter of Invitation (for application of entry visa to Korea)

To request an invitation letter, please visit ‘My Page’, fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and upload a copy of your passport.
The invitation letter will be sent to the designated participant upon completion of registration and full payment. This letter is NOT a commitment of the ISSBD 2026 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. All expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
